BFL organized the 2nd session of the Leadership Program in order to develop the leaders of tomorrow among their staffs and to maximize their value as well as associate them with the bank’s strategies.
12 of their most promising managers from Head Office and Service Units have been selected to attend the program to further develop their leadership skills, attending various training and activities.
Because everyone’s path is unique, BFL is willing to help their staff to transform their ambition and capacity to go further, increase skills through new successful experiences and provide them quick evolution to more responsibilities.
